I recently had an eye exam appointment at Japantown Optometry. I was greeted and saw an optometrist who was both thoughtful and courteous. The exam was thorough and I chose 2 new glasses and frames. I will surely return for another appointment as soon as I feel a change in my vision.

Next time I'll have to get names. Great experience from walking in for initial first time appointment. Spent about an hour between eye exam and choosing which frames I wanted. Was explained everything. A week and a half later get the text glasses are ready. Got the same lady as before to have glasses adjusted, she mentioned to ensure it was done as she knew they would need to be. Would recommend giving them your business.

Japantown Optometry was an amazing experience, the appointment started on time and the assistant as well as the optometrist were friendly, professional, and extremely pleasant. I understood each test we went through and I felt heard and looped in at every step.

I visited Japantown Optometry for my new eyeglasses prescription and the staff and Dr. Oda were wonderful. A very nice experience. I needed my glasses ASAP and since it wiuld take the 10-14 days to get the glasses from them the staff referred me to other businesses for me to visit to see if those places could get them sooner. Very helpful staff. I will be going back to Japantown Optometry for my next pair of glasses and all of my future vision needs. Thank you Japantown Optometry!!!🙂🙏🤓

The reception staff was super helpful and friendly. It was my first time getting prescription glasses and the staff were super patient and helpful in finding the right frames for my face shape! The nurse Dylan was also super kind and helpful. Great staff and great selection of frames. Thank you Dr. Tat for providing great service and care.

Just went to Japantown Optometrist as a new patient and my first visit left me with the greatest impression. The staff is so friendly and approachable, from check-in, to my tech and lastly my doctor. Everyone carried such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. After my appointment, I made sure to recommend this place to all my friends!

Always feel save having Dr Shimori caring for my eyes. She has been my doctor for about 40 years.. I would give her 6 star. The front staff are so helpful and friendly. They always answer my question

The customer service on the part of everyone I encountered @ Japantown Optometry is excellent! My Optometrist, Dr. Tat is kind, thoughtful, thorough, patient and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I give her a 10 out of 10 star rating!

I had really good experience with both Doctor and staff. They are super friendly and extremely patient with you. They let me try all the sample contact lenses and did not make me rush through the process.
